The objective of this project was to create a training module by appyling the ADDIE approach to Instructional Design. I analyzed my audience, designed my lesson plan, developed the plan, implemented the plan then created an assessment to evaluate performance.
I used Techsmith’s Camtasia to screen capture and edit a video of me solving several fraction operations problems. I then created a self check quiz using HTML/CSS and Javascript.
