The objective of this group project was to learn the makings of iterative user-centered design. Our goal was to conduct usability testing on my client’s eLearning website, EDDIFY.co through research.
Our specific purpose for reaserch was to assess the usability of the (current) version of the website’s interface design, information findability, and product checkout-process. We collected data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
